I need to finish the setup and integration for the redmine plugin for the crew portal so staff and volunteers can submit future tickets and issues to the redmine system rather than emailing every day

Currently running into issues regarding the auto retrieve of new issues/emails. This prevents redmine from creating new tickets until a user manually clicks the get mail button each day. Currently it is being stopped by what I believe is a permissions issue but I will need to look into it more before I have a solution.

Beyond this, the plugin works well and creates/updates issues based on emails and replies but relies on someone to use the get mail button for it to its job.
