Align event opportunities and google calendar events

Description
We need to move things along so that when an opportunity is created, a flow is run on a regular basis to reach out to service or back office with event opportunity data. The application then creates the event in the google events calendar or updates it as necessary. We then would make it so that no one can add events to the google events calendar so that salesforce then becomes the one source of truth and to reduce the amount of labor to do so manually
