Credit Card Fees on Sales Force

Would it be possible to have the Credit Card fee line item automatically calculate as well? So 3% of the total, IF the line item gets added?
Thank you so much! The less I have to manually enter, the less chances there are for mistakes.
Also I'm noticing that this proposal isn't generating service fees, even though all the food items should generate that. Did I do something wrong, or is it a glitch in the system?

After speaking with David and Nui it was decided that this should not be in salesforce on the invoice. It will be handeled by Acct. to document the 3% charge.
