Additional TaskType: Inventory management.

Included actions in this task type are;  

1) inventory cycle counting  (to verify accurate inventory of numbers representing a dollar value to the organization)

2) adding and removing inventory for existing stocking locations

3) establishment of shipboard stocking locations which have material stored but not accounted for

4) Maintenance of the Part DB database material categories"
