Description

I'm not sure how to place an issue against a user that represents an employee or volunteer w handling things such as user password resets or new user generation. Where should such issues be created within the Redmine project tree? Please advise.

I believe adding users or additional organizations will make an already complicated structure unwieldy. I would add user creation and or password change/reset to the system that the user is needing such actions done within -- for instance creating a user in active directory or changing the windows password would be done under active directory; likewise an email reset would be entered under google workspace. A redmine account under Redmine, etc. I am open to throught on more efficient ways to do this, but am strongly opposed to individual users being entered as projects -- those are people, not systems. Having each workstation entered is as granular as I want to get. Feel free to set up time to discuss if you would like. If this answered the question and provides sufficient clarity, please close the ticket.

Sir, this solution for applying the issue to the system that the account is used on will work. Thank you for the guidance.
