Internal error received when accessing Administration->Projects or Administration->Users; this was discovered when trying to remove the errant role of "Don Norton" -- apparently the role is in use, but there is some sort of configuration error messing with permissions or the like not allowing us to see where the role is in use
If this system is to become viable across the institution, we may need to look at purchasing support.
